Walk directly down the lawned area to the dunes and meet with the pristine beach of New Brighton; you might even see the occasional breach from a whale during migration season. May, June and July they travel north and Sept, Oct and Nov when they go south there is a regular display of whales breeching directly out in front of Beach Haven – a wonderful sight for any nature lover and a compliment to all the other animals and birds you see while sitting on the deck.
