Guest Information for your Holiday Booking

Bookings: All bookings are made for the property and dates shown on the Booking Confirmation emailed to you within approx. 48 hours of the booking being made and are made in good faith by the agent. North Coast Lifestyle Properties cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the owner of the property outside of our control, e.g., increased tariff, alteration of the property, sale of the property, withdrawal of property from letting or cancellation of booking.

North Coast Lifestyle Properties does NOT accept "Schoolies " or "Function" Bookings.

Deposits: All bookings require a holding deposit of a minimum 50% of the total value of your accommodation to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed. If no deposit is received by due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Booking Fee: A $25.00 non-refundable booking fee applies to each individual booking. The booking fee is payable with the deposit.

Confirmation of Booking: Within 48 hours of the booking being made, you will receive an email confirming your booking, the “Holiday Booking Terms and Conditions” and “Property Information Sheet”. It is important you read your confirmation email and attachments as it contains important information regarding your holiday accommodation and stay in general. You are required to pay the deposit within 7 days of this email being sent.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by direct deposit or credit card only. All credit card transactions attract a minimum of 1.5% surcharge – dependent on the card. This is a bank generated fee (subject to change at their discretion) and not implemented by North Coast Lifestyle Properties.

Balance of Booking: The balance of your accommodation is required to be paid one month prior to your arrival.

Check In details:
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 pm NSW TIME
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00am NSW TIME

Key Collection: You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your arrival which will provide you with key collection information.

NCLP Office Locations:
Brunswick Heads Office - Corner of Mullumbimbi and Park Street, Brunswick Heads.
 Cabarita Beach Office – Shop 3, 38 Tweed Coast Road, Cabarita Beach.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Please contact the office with your request no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival/departure to enquire about early check-in or late check-out. It is dependent on bookings and owners’ instructions as to whether we can accommodate you.

Late Check-out after 12pm will incur a cost of one day’s rent.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out is not permitted during School Holidays, Christmas/New Year Period or Festivals. Your understanding of this is appreciated.

Cancellations: ALL cancellations must be in writing. Note: booking fee is non-refundable.

You have 7 days from the date the booking is accepted to cancel without penalty.

After this time the following applies:

OFF PEAK & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS SEASONS

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive 100% refund (less booking fee)
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund.

PEAK SEASONS (including Christmas / New Year, Easter & Splendour)

  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit (50% of booking) unless a booking can be made to cover the period booked
  • Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund

The agent strongly recommends travel insurance.

In the event we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you. Once refund has been received the guest has no further claim against the owner of the accommodation or North Coast Lifestyle Properties.

Linen: Linen is provided at most properties. Fees apply. You will need to bring beach towels.

Pets: All pets are strictly forbidden in and around the property unless in a nominated Pet Friendly property. If you are bringing your pet on holiday to one of the “pet friendly” houses, this must be stated at the time of booking. All faeces & pet hair must be removed by the guest or additional cleaning charges will apply.

Internet: Some properties have internet available. Please note that internet is supplied at these properties as a "courtesy" only & cannot be relied upon. We cannot guarantee the connection or speed of the internet & any request / claim for issues arising from internet availability will not be entered into.
